COURSE DESCRIPTION
This module will focus on the fundamentals of the spirit Rum. The ingredients, Regions, Production Methods, as well as the “Art & Science” behind aging and blending Rums and classic cocktails are defined.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
The learner will be able to identify the main ingredients, understand brief history, recognize flavor profiles, and identify styles of Rum. The learner will be able to explain regions, styles and varieties of Rum.
