This module will focus on the group of spirits defined as liqueurs or cordials. Sweet distilled spirits with varying sugar contents.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
The learner will be able to define some of the base flavorings of common liqueurs. The learner will be able to explain the difference in the flavor extraction process for making different liqueurs.
